# Privacy

## What we collect

-   **Your email address**, when you unlock a report, sign in or connect GhostOwl to an AI assistant.
-   **The sites you scan**: the URLs you enter, the journeys our agents attempt there, and what they saw, including screenshots of public pages.
-   **Sign-in data**: session cookies, and access tokens issued to assistants you connect.
-   **A hashed IP address**, used only to enforce scan limits. We do not store the IP itself.

## How we use it

To run scans, show you reports, send the sign-in links you ask for, and stop abuse. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

## Connected assistants

When you connect GhostOwl to Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant, it can start scans and read your reports, and nothing else. It never sees your password. You can disconnect it at any time from the assistant's settings, which ends its access.

## Who processes it

GhostOwl runs on Cloudflare, which hosts our app, data and browsers. Agent runs send page content to AI model providers through Cloudflare AI Gateway so the agents can decide what to do next. These providers process data only to deliver the service.
